Designing the packages for CNIB’s direct mail fundraising program was the priority focus of my work when I was with them. It’s their primary source of revenue for programs and resources for people living with vision loss across Canada, deployed in both English and French, to new and existing donors.
I had managed the direct mail initiatives at Shoppers Home Health Care, (handling everything from the design and writing, to the actual assembly and distribution of the finished packages) to a list of around 5000 long term care home clients across Ontario, but it was a welcome challenge to move up to a full program of nationwide fundraising mailings as part of the CNIB DM team.
I am fortunate that I had the opportunity to develop several new, impactful mailings for CNIB, all of which reached their fundraising targets.
